Exchange and Return Policy

We care about our customers’ satisfaction, so you can request a return or exchange within
3 days of receiving the order provided that the product is unused and in its original condition with packaging.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a refund, please contact us via customer service and mention the order number and the reason for the return. The request will be reviewed, and if accepted, a pickup and refund will be arranged within 7 business days.
